Complete the patient information forms that were emailed to you. Have your medical insurance card with you to check in. Bring your glasses and current contact lens info along with an updated medication list. Upon arrival, call from the parking lot before coming in to let us know you are here and how we can help today.

Eye Care

We gladly unconditionally guarantee* our frames and lenses, even if the dog chews on them, against breakage of any kind for any reason for 12 months. We will repair or replace the frames and/or lenses with a co-payment of $25.00.

You’re also entitled to complimentary adjustments, nose pad replacements, tightening of screws along with basic frame alignment care.

* Guarantee may vary according to insurance, union, or vision care plan. Your guarantee does not cover loss or theft. Your guarantee does not cover Costa, Maui Jim, or Oakley. In the event you need to utilize your guarantee, you must return your old lenses and/or frames.

Select your frames after your appointment or stop by another time. Just call from the parking lot when you get here so our Opticians will know you are coming in.

Whether you are new to contacts and are looking for the convenience of daily disposables or an experienced contact lens patient transitioning to the precision optics of multi-focals, our contact lens team will provide the care you need to determine the contacts that best match your lifestyle.

Have an up to date and valid outside prescription but like our frames? No problem. We fill external glasses prescriptions.

Giving Back

We partner with many organizations to deliver eye care and eyeglasses to people living in communities with limited access to proper eye care.

We help our patients donate their gently used glasses to patients in Haiti, Honduras and other international areas.

We regularly volunteer with the Goochland Cares, Crossover Healthcare Ministries, Caritas, Special Olympics, Friends of Barnabas, and other local charities.
