We are following all CDC Guidelines for masks, cleaning protocols and social distancing and have our patient’s and staff’s health as our utmost priority. We are currently providing all service to our patient population including routine care, optical and contact lens needs as well as emergency visits.

We have moved our appointment paperwork to an electronic platform and ask that all forms be completed before arriving for your appointment. There is also an online portal for you to send a picture of your insurance card so we know we have the most up to date information for you. We will be unable to see you if these are not completed.
When arriving to our office, whether it is picking up an order, vision therapy or to see a doctor, please remain in your car and call the office at 804-217-9883, and let us know you are here. We will check your paperwork and let your technician, department or therapist know you are here and let you know when we are ready for you to come in to the office. If we need you to continue to wait in your car, we will make sure we have a good call back number for you so we can let you know when we are ready for you. All visitors to the office will be asked to sanitize their hands.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am -5:30 pm. Our phones turn on at 8:30 so if you arrive before then, we appreciate your patience.
